No "Out There"

I’m feeling confident I have figured this out.  I doubt I’ll be sending status or micro-blogging from WordPress to the other sites.  I can use ping.fm for that.

so with that in mind, I unchecked status and micro-blogs from the pingpress.fm settings here in WordPress.
