Hypnosis VS Subliminal Downloads

Hypnosis has strong ties to personal and professional development, and it is considered both an easy and powerful way to make positive and lasting changes within the mind. However, it is now getting some some competition from an increasingly popular tool – subliminal messaging.

Having used both of these methods personally I will share my thoughts on the pros and cons of each method.

Hypnosis: Now a very mainstream part of our modern society. Most people are aware of hypnosis and know what it is on a basic level, and it is widely proven and accepted as a very efficient form of self improvement. It can be fast acting and can make a big change within the mind – perhaps perhaps making changes after just one session. I do enjoy hypnosis, and although some people experience internal change quite quickly I personally find that it takes me at least a few sessions, and it isn’t always practical to sit in a trance for 30 minutes a day if you lead a busy lifestyle, but some people, especially some of my friends, do respond very well to hypnosis, so if you have the money, and the time to use it then it can be an amazing tool

Subliminal Messages: This is becoming more and more popular and widespread, and there is a lot of hype on the Internet currently – it seems everyone is trying them, and some are getting fantastic results. Just like hypnosis, subliminal audio send positive statements and messages directly into your unconscious mind. This is how you are able to make powerfulchanges to your beliefs and patterns of thinking. The biggest advantage it has over hypnosis though is that you can listen while you do other things; you can listen to it while engaging in other activities. You will never enter a trance like state, so you can listen while you exercise, work, do other things, and you can even listen while you sleep.. On the other side the changes can be more gradual, as the subliminal statements gradually grow in your mind, but you are still talking about seeing some change within a week or two which isn’t so bad.

At the end of the day there is no real single “best method”, it is really about personal choice. A method which brings changes for one person might not be so great for another – we are all wired differently.
