Beginning TODAY  JUNE 3RD, NO OUT THERE is going on Hiatus for the next 3 months while I complete writing the No Out There book.  (No show on June 3rd)

I had been thinking about how to do this for some time.  I thought I would continue hosting the Talkshow until I reached the 2 year mark in September 2009 while I continued to write the book.  And up ’til now I have.  Yet, I have come to understand why people writing books say NO phone calls, NO visitors, NO nothing!!!

For the past 20 months with the Talkshow, it’s been l’il ol’ me, sending e-mails to invite guests, scheduling guests,  sending out weekly show announcement e-mails, updating the schedule on BlogTalkRadio, hosting the show, managing callers, responding in the chatroom and sending guests Thank You e-cards AND updating and maintaining the No Out There website

As my friend Syd said, “It’s been a bit like preparing the house for a new guest each week”, for 20 months straight – no holidays.  And yes, from time to time people have SAID they would assist and then didn’t follow through.  No blame.

During this hiatus, your continued support of No Out There would be greatly appreciated.  Support can be demonstrated in several ways:

It is my intention to gather guests (in a more leisurely fashion) for the return of No Out There in September and beyond.  However, it may be a New Format and/or a New Platform (i.e. may not be BlogTalkRadio), it could even be No Out There on Ustream.tv!

Consider this a Season Finale and look forward to a new Season with a new book, new guests, new format, new look, new outlook and NEW ATTITUDE!

The first time I saw and heard Dr. Bruce Lipton was July 1999 on a VHS video recording of a cable show out of Manhattan, channel 69’s A Better World.  The interview had been taped in 1995 and he was sharing information then that was already 6 years old. Dr. Lipton was speaking about what he termed:  “The Physiology of Consciousness”.  That material and so much more is contained in his book The Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter and Miracles,  which was awarded 2006’s Best Science Book of the Year.

I was mesmerized that day in 1999 by what I heard, attempted to share what I learned, and have since viewed that video at least half a dozen times.  I have been a fan ever since  following his work, as best I could, on fractal biology, fractal geometry, and his latest offering, ‘Spontaneous Evolution:  Our Positive Future and How to get There from Here’.
 
 
In addition to traveling around the globe spreading the word of this “new biology” Dr. Lipton is also featured in the DVD, The Living Matrix; yearly since 2002 presents the  “Biology of Perception, Psychology of Change, Retreat”, is part of the ‘Call to Conscious Evolution’ movement, and so much more.

I got a Twitter, not long after I joined it, from @JasonD who asked me to visit his site.  I told him I would if he visited mine.  He visited, liked what he  read and asked me if I had heard of Roy Masters.  When I replied, “No”, he promptly sent me the link to a PDF and MP3 download of Be Still and Know. (You can get your own copy by visiting www.fhu.com).
 
I’m here to tell you, I was so enthralled by what I heard, I took notes.  It is really some amazing material, which so resonates with No Out There.  I tweeted the same to @JasonD and he tweeted Roy’s phone number and said Roy would LOVE to do the show.  I called Roy and he confirmed.  He said, “Call me 15 minutes ahead of time.  I’m here.  I’m 85, where am I going?”  (Needless to say, I wanted him to be on April 1st and May 6th and he had previous engagements both times – LOL!)

What are the odds that a Harvard-trained and published neuroanatomist (Brain Scientist) would have the opportunity to study the internal mechanics of THEIR OWN BRAIN? That’s just what happened to Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor.
 
 In 1996 Dr. Jill experienced a rare form of stroke (AVM).  She could not walk, talk, read, write, or recall any of her life.  It took eight years for her to completely recover all of her functions and thinking ability. We can each benefit from her journey through her brain to experiencing the expansiveness of All That Is and her recovery process.

Since 1993, she has been an active member of NAMI (the National Alliance on Mental Illness) and is currently the president of the NAMI Greater Bloomington Area affiliate in Bloomington, Indiana.
