I’ve attended DAY ONE of the 2-day SITH through Ho’oponopono Seminar with my friend Nellie.  For those of you who don’t know about Ho’oponopono, it is an ancient Hawaiian Forgiveness and Release Technique.  Self I-dentity through Ho’oponopono (SITH) is that process updated to release memories that are experienced as problems. SITH was developed by Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, a Hawaiian Kahuna Lapa’au and for the last 20 years has been taught around the world by its Master Teacher, Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len.

I was intent on attending THIS class for 2 reasons.  It was being taught in Chicago AND by Dr. Len.  Even with that, I was late arriving – chose to use 15 of the 30 minute lead time to feed my stomach rather than find out that the parking lot was full.  Then had to invest 15 mintues to park in the lot next door – which cost $5 more!!!

I heard a voice that I recognized from the show as that of Malcolm Fraser – the local Ho’oponopono Instructor and as I walked over to him, he read my name tag and a huge grin broke out over his face (Malcolm smiles a lot!).  I continued walking towards him and gave him a big hug before taking my seat.  I happened to sit next to Godwin, one of the No Out There listeners who was present!  He told me at one of the breaks that someone else had been sitting in my seat and decided to move shortly before I came in.

I met two more No Out There listeners, Betty and her friend, gotta’ get the friend’s name tomorrow.  A couple of other people whizzed past me and mentioned they recognized my voice from the show.  Gotta’ get their names tomorrow also! 

I’m pleased that so far this course has covered many of the topics Joe Vitale says were covered in the “Zero Limits III (The Final Chapter)” seminar he presented with Dr. Ihaleakela Hew Len, the SITH (Self-Identity through Ho’oponopono) student of Morrnah Simeona for over 10 years and now it’s Director.  I’m happy about that because Zero Limits is ALL about Ho’oponopono and my thinking was “I hope we get summa’ that otherwise, I’m gonna’ be upset!”  Yeah, yeah, I know.  Never said I was perfect.

So on Day 1, here’s what I checked off as taken from Joe Vitale’s list:

-  Why you are not yourself when you have

-  The importance of non-stop cleaning and how to

-  Why problems seemingly outside of you
are really inside you

-  How you can clean in advance

Dr. Len mentioned one book to check out:  The User Illusion by Tor Norretranders.  I’ve had that book ever since Malcolm mentioned it on the 1st interview I did with him early in 2008.  I still haven’t finished it – VERY DEEP!

The only weird thing for me is that I wanted to take a photo with Dr. Len, myself and Malcom and Dr. Len said, “No.” He said the last time he “took a photo with someone it ended up on a website selling machines.”  Of course, I wouldn’t use his photo in that manner and told him as much.  I also mentioned that was his response in this moment and in another it might be different.

“Please forgive me for whatever is going on inside of me that I experience as Dr. Len saying ‘NO’ to a photo with me because the last time the photo ended up on a website selling machines.”

I forgot my camera today.  Tomorrow I’ll have photos of my buddies, my friend who went with me, Malcolm, folks who listen to No Out There AND possibly, Dr. Hew Len.
