Health & Bread

OK, I know I said next I was going to talk about Health and Vitamins. I had written most of it the same day I posted the Welcome blog, thought that was a bit much and then decided it was too long for one posting. While I was in the process of dividing it so it made sense, two other topics came to my attention:

    1. Bread causing cancer and
    2. that ULTIMATELY it’s your decision (concerning your health)

1. On the Sunday evening news it was announced that bread may be bad for you and give you cancer. Just wait 2 years and they’ll find out that you should have 2 servings of bread a day for a long life!!! Think I’m joking? Remember eggs??? Do you recall the big bru-ha-ha that went on about that???

2. During an interview on THE VIEW with the author of ‘Why I Wore Lipstick to My Mastectomy’. The comment was made that when it comes to making the decision about your health “ultimately it’s your decision”. How about from the outset it’s your decision? How about PRIMARILY? Not as a last resort, not in the last or final analysis From the beginning, from the start. How would your life and health be from that perspective?

1 ultimately, finally, in the end, at last, at long last

as the end result of a succession or process; “ultimately he had to give in”; “at long last the winter was over”

2 in the last analysis, in the final analysis, ultimately

after everything has been considered; “in the final analysis, we are quite well off”
